Adult Lessons
The adult classes are held on a Monday evening. Class abilities are beginner and intermediate at 7.15pm and advanced at 8pm.
We are firm believers that non swimming adults have the peace of mind that the teacher is in the pool with them. This helps build your confidence and your trust with us.
Intermediate swimmers – stroke improvement
Advanced swimmers work in lanes and are set schedules.
